- You are reserving a specific appointment slot with an assigned practitioner, so please cancel as early as possible if needed.
- A minimum of 24 hour notice is required for cancellations.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will be marked as a no-show, and payment will be kept as a deposit.
- Cancellations during non business hours may be sent via voicemail, text, or email but still follow the 24-hour policy.
