T Town Boxing & Fitness is a community gym in Tucson built for all levels. We offer structured classes, experienced coaching, and a space to get stronger, stay active, and learn something new.
We welcome beginners, regulars, teens, adults anyone willing to show up and do the work, one step at a time.

You can choose any one class type or mix them however you like:
Boxing (5 Classes)
Learn how to throw punches, work on footwork, and train with focus using bags and drills. No sparring just real boxing basics in a supportive setting.
Kickboxing (5 Classes)
A mix of kicks and punches that works your full body. These sessions build control, strength, and rhythm while keeping your heart rate up.
HIIT (5 Classes)
High Intensity Interval Training using bodyweight and simple equipment. Short bursts of movement with short rests to improve strength, stamina, and focus.
