After 23 years of growing Sumit’s Yoga studios, Sumit wanted to expand and offer a all inclusive approach with variety of class styles of Yoga and Fitness with both heated and non heated classes all under one space. All the teachers are trained by Sumit and certified by Yoga Alliance, creating a caring environment by focussing on proper alignment while sharing the spiritual aspect of Yoga.
