1) Appointment Required
All services are by appointment only. Bookings must be confirmed in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2) Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

3) Payment and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for this offer.

4) Offer Validity

The offer is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Services must be redeemed within this timeframe. Unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5) Mobile Service Requirements

Mobile services require a safe, clean, and accessible space for the technician to perform the procedure.

Please ensure pets are kept in another area during the appointment for safety and hygiene reasons.

6) Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect the procedure.

Avoid applying mascara, lash extensions, or other products on your lashes before the appointment to ensure optimal results.

7) Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary based on natural lash condition and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Proper care and maintenance are required to achieve the longest-lasting results.

8) Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, which will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee or forfeiture of the session.

9) Aftercare Instructions

Avoid water, steam, or heavy sweating on your lashes for 24 hours post-treatment to ensure the best results.

Follow all provided aftercare instructions for optimal lash health and longevity.

10) Liability

By booking this service, the client acknowledges and agrees to release the technician from any liability resulting from adverse reactions or dissatisfaction due to non-compliance with pre-care or aftercare instructions.
