• Late arrivals will receive the remaining time left on their service.
• If the client is late past 15 minutes, it is considered no-show.
• All sales are final, and refunds are not given after a service has been performed.
• Your session start time begins the moment your therapist takes you back and ends the moment you leave the treatment room.
