- Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any required paperwork.
- Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the paid amount being non-refundable and applied as a deposit toward the missed session.
- Each appointment reserves a dedicated time slot with a specific practitioner. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
