Appointment required, booking information will be emailed to you following your purchase. You can also call us at (480) 400-9398 or email pets2vetsllc@gmail.com to book your Appointment. Appointments are subject to availability. For service outside the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, additional transporation costs may be incurred. For emergency pet transportation offer - an additional fee of a minimum of $35 will be applied if service is required after 8:00 PM AZ Time & before 6:00 AM AZ Time. Valid for new customers only. Valid only for option purchased. Expires after 12 months from purchase date. All goods or services must be used by the same person. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed Fyndr voucher price). Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
