Oak & Acorn Bookkeeping Services

Terms & Conditions

1. Commitment and Agreements:

1)The Monthly Bookkeeping Service Plan requires a minimum commitment of 6 months and a signed Service Agreement.

2) A la carte Bookkeeping Services, a minimum of 2 hours is required, and a signed Service Agreement is necessary for any additional hours needed.

3) Consulting and Training Services require a minimum of 1 hour, with a signed Service Agreement for any additional hours.

2. Scheduling Consultations:

Appointment required, booking information will be emailed to you following your purchase. You can also email us at info@oaknacorn.com or call/text 602-456-0188. to book your Appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancelled appointments will not receive refunds. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at info@oaknacorn.com. More than two cancellations will result in a forfeiture of fees paid.

4. Billing and Service Agreement:

Hourly services are billed in increments of 15 minutes (1/4 hour), with a minimum billing of one hour. A signed service agreement is required to initiate and continue professional services.

Monthly Bookkeeping Service Plan: We handle transaction classification and financial coding, maintain all accounts (bank, credit card, loan), perform periodic reconciliations, and provide thorough financial reporting and review. We also manage sales tax processing when applicable.

A la Carte Bookkeeping Services: Choose from a variety of services including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, Payroll Processing, Benefits Management, 1099 Form Filings for W9 contractors, and Year-End Reviews in collaboration with your CPA.

Consulting and Training Services: Our expertise extends to Quick Books Online consulting and training, designed to equip your in office staff and business owners with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
