Northshore Watersport Rentals is a family-owned business in Tempe, Arizona, serving the community since 2016. Conveniently located near the boat dock in Tempe Town Lake Marina, we pride ourselves on offering the best prices in the area. If you find a better price, we’ll match or beat it. We’ve hosted corporate groups, school events, birthday parties, tourist groups, and individuals of all skill levels, and we aim to be your first choice for watersport and bike rentals in Tempe.

Our Gear:

We offer high-quality stand-up paddleboards from Jimmy Styks, with three models: Scout Extreme, Apex, and Steeler. These boards, made with Iron Hide construction, are perfect for both beginners and experienced paddleboarders.

For kayaks, we provide two brands: Pelican and Perception. Our Pelican kayaks include the Trailblazer NXT 100 and Bandit NXT 100, while the Perception model is the Joyride 10.0. We offer sit-in and sit-on-top kayaks, with the sit-in style being slightly easier for beginners due to its lower center of gravity. Both options provide a fun and stable experience for all.

Our double kayak rental is the Malibu Two Tandem by Ocean Kayak, a popular and reliable brand. It's ideal for a fun outing with a partner.

For biking, we offer GT mountain bikes: the Men’s Aggressor Pro and Women’s Laguna Pro. While these bikes are not intended for mountain biking, they are perfect for exploring bike paths in Tempe and Scottsdale. Popular routes include Tempe Town Lake, Papago Park, and the Greenway Belt, all easily accessible from our shop.
