- Appointment required, booking information will be emailed to you following your purchase. You can also call us at 5624467089 to book your Appointment.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment while keeping the same deposit.
- Rescheduling or canceling must be done via phone call or online booking system. Emails or social media messages will not be accepted.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
- Same day cancellations or no shows require 100% of the session fee to be paid in full.
- All deposits and sales are non refundable.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for paperwork.
- For all following appointments, please arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes early.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
- Arrivals later than 15 minutes past the scheduled time will be marked as a cancellation, and the full session fee will apply.
