Temecula Wine Tasting Tour Ticket - Terms and Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy:
- All ticket purchases for Temecula Wine Tasting Tours are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
2. Tour Operation:
- Open Seating Tours:
- Open seating tours require a minimum of six (6) seats booked to proceed.
- If the minimum seat requirement is not met, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled.
- Guests will be notified of any tour changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time.
- Private Group Tours:
- Private group tours require a minimum seat purchase, which varies depending on the tour package.
- Guests must call to check availability and book private tours.
- Private tour availability is subject to vehicle and host availability.
3. Guest Requirements:
- All guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon boarding the vehicle.
- All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before boarding the vehicle. Failure to sign the waiver will result in denied boarding.
4. Reservations:
- Reservations are required for all tours.
- To book your tickets, please call 1-844-619-1818.
- Availability is subject to change. Early booking is highly recommended.
5. Conduct:
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
- Intoxicated or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the guest being removed from the tour without refund.
- Little bus tours are not responsible for personal items.
6. Changes and Cancellations by the Tour Operator:
- Little Bus Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, vehicle malfunctions, or winery closures.
- In the event of a tour cancellation by Little Bus Tours, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
7. Liability:
- Little Bus Tours is not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage incurred during the tour.
- Guests participate in the tour at their own risk.
8. Agreement:
- By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
