There is a 2-hour minimum for events such as:

- Fuel Surcharge:
Party bus rental rates are base vehicle fares and do not include fees or excise tax. Pricing may vary due to the fuel surcharge, regulated monthly by the Nevada Transportation Authority.
- Cancellations:
Less than 14 days before service: Full charge applies.
14 days or more before service: Full refund.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Forfeit full amount.
- No-show policy: Chauffeur will wait:
1 hour for airport reservations
30 minutes for regular reservations
- Damages:
Cigarette burns: $600
Sickness in vehicle: $200
Broken/missing decanters: $50
Broken sunroof clips: $60
Broken window: $1000
Broken TV: $1000
Smoking fine: $100
Ripped seats: $500
Broken headliner: $500

No drugs or smoking allowed in the vehicle.
Alcohol is permitted only in vehicles with dividers.
Not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
Drivers can refuse service if a passenger is intoxicated or disruptive.
Service available to everyone regardless of race, gender, or nationality.
Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult.
Not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable factors (storms, accidents, etc.).
