- Appointments are required. Please call or text (713) 732-6115 to book.
- A consultation is required and included with all injectable services.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in part of the payment being kept as a deposit.
- The remaining balance can be used toward a future appointment at the standard rate.
- Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. The amount paid never expires.
