• Regular Home Cleaning Includes: Top to bottom cleaning of dishes, counters, toilets, showers. Dusting of walls up to 9 feet and vents. Polishing stainless steal and wood. Cleaning inside of windows and seals. Sweeping, vacuuming and moping.
• Deep Cleaning Includes: Regular home cleaning + cabinet doors, doors & door frames, base boards, oven, microwave.
• Cleaning Service for One Bedroom (Home/Apartment) may be applied to a larger (2+ bedroom) home cleaning. Additional cost will be associated.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Last Speckle Cleaning may cancel for a valid reason and will charge the minimum fee. 
• Cancellations within the grace period incur no fee. 
• To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; last-minute cancellations will receive a partial refund. 
• If our professionals cannot reach you or access the location within 20 minutes, the job will be canceled, and the minimum fee will be charged. 
• Deep cleanings are for homes not regularly cleaned professionally. Cabinets, fridge, and oven must be cleared of food or supplies for full interior cleaning, or cleaners will clean around them.

Pet Policy: If you have a pet, please ensure they are out of the way during the cleaning service.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between the Customer and Last Speckle Cleaning will be handled directly between both parties.
