1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 30% Off Discount Offer ("Offer") provided by Kinetic Kickboxing Academy. By redeeming this Offer, you (the "Customer") agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Discount Offer

• This Offer provides a 30% discount on the purchase of one of the following membership options:
• 1-Month Membership
• 3-Month Membership
• 6-Month Membership
• The Offer can only be redeemed once per customer and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• This Offer and activation of Membership options can be redemed for 6-months after purchase, and will expire if not activated, such is the case if the Customer never attends class in the 6-month redemption period. 

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for the selected membership must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• The total cost after applying the discount is final and non-negotiable.
• Accepted payment methods are those available at checkout.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing a high-quality experience. If you are not satisfied with your membership and experience, you may request a prorated refund under the following conditions:

Prorated Refund Calculation:

• The refund amount will be based on the remaining days of your membership at the time of cancellation.
• A 20% deduction will be applied to cover processing fees and listing fees associated with the purchase, which will be applied to the total purchase price. 
• The refund will then be calculated by dividing the total membership fee (after the discount) by the number of days in the membership period (ie 30, 90, or 180 days, respectively) and multiplying by the remaining days. 
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and refunded to the original payment method.

Exclusions from Refunds:

• Refunds will not be provided for memberships that have less than 7 days remaining.
• The satisfaction guarantee applies only to first-time purchases under this Offer.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email: info@kinetickickboxing.com, before the membership period ends.

5. General Terms

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity related to this Offer may result in cancellation of the discount and membership without refund.
• The terms of this Offer are subject to change and will be updated on our official website.
