This discount applies to labor only and does not apply to equipment or product sale prices. The standard R.O. system price of $858 is not included in the discount and must be paid in full unless otherwise specified.

Service Area: Offer valid only for properties located within Maricopa County. Installs outside Maricopa County are not eligible and may incur travel or out-of-area fees.

Site Conditions & Additional Charges: Final installation price may be adjusted if the site requires additional work, including but not limited to:

• Low or limited water pressure (may require booster pump)
• Long tubing or piping runs beyond standard connection distance
• Hard-to-access equipment locations or tight cabinet clearance
• Additional fittings, saddle valves, saddle-drill modifications, or non-standard plumbing connections
• Need for drilling, patching, trenching, or structural modifications
• Required local permits, inspections, or third-party approvals
• Any necessary additional materials or labor will be quoted and require customer approval prior to work.

Availability & Scheduling: Offer is subject to availability and limited to participating installs. Booking must be scheduled by the promotion end date (or while promotional allocations last). Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Redemption & Payment: To redeem the installation discount, customers must mention the offer at time of scheduling. A deposit may be required to reserve an installation appointment. Final payment for installation labor and equipment is due per the written quote at the time of service or per the agreed payment schedule.

Exclusions & Limitations: This discount cannot be combined with other offers, coupons or referral credits unless explicitly stated. Offer covers installation labor only and does not include ongoing service plans, filter replacements, or optional accessories unless listed in the quote.

Reservation of Rights: Keystone H2O reserves the right to refuse service or alter the offer if site conditions create unsafe work conditions, require third-party work, or otherwise prevent standard installation. Keystone H2O also reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
