Valid days and hours: Monday-Sunday. Valid for the option purchased only.
Booking: Appointment required, booking information will be emailed to you following your purchase. You can also call us at (480) 502-6999 or email info@hotairexpeditions.com to schedule your appointment.
Cancellation: 48 hour notice of change/cancellation is required to avoid full redemption of voucher. Hot air balloon rides are subject to wind/weather conditions and may be cancelled if the necessary weather conditions are not present. Please allow for alternate flight dates, should your tour be cancelled due to poor weather conditions.

One voucher is good for one passenger.
If booking multiple reservations, please specify in the comments section when booking online, the names of all guests that wish to fly together in the same balloon.
Individual reservations must be made when booking online at hotairexpeditions.com to apply voucher in the ‘Promo Code’ section.

Not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, and/or has had recent surgery, injuries or broken bones.
Must be in good general health and able to jump off of the 2nd rung of a ladder.
Valid only for option purchased. Must be age 5+ and 48 inches tall to fly.
Voucher cannot be used toward any other flight type.
