Price also could vary due to condition of apartment or house and overall cleanliness. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment (considered a short term cancellation), or are not there to let cleaners in at the time of your appointment, an $89 fee will be charged. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
