Cancellation Policy:
- Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC may cancel for a valid reason and will charge the minimum fee.
- Cancellations within the grace period incur no fee.
- To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; last-minute cancellations will receive a partial refund.
- If our professionals cannot reach you or access the location within 20 minutes, the job will be canceled, and the minimum fee will be charged.
- Deep cleanings are for homes or businesses not regularly cleaned professionally. Cabinets, fridge, and oven must be cleared of food or supplies for full interior cleaning, or cleaners will clean around them.
Pet Fees:
- $100 per pet. If no pets are stated but pet hair is found, an additional $150 fee will apply.
Appointment:
- Must schedule through our website, email, or phone. To redeem your offer, confirm your Fyndr voucher code, and you will receive a confirmation number upon scheduling.
Re-Cleans:
- We offer discounts or re-cleans if the client is not satisfied for up to 8 hours.
Others:
- Base cleaning cost is $275, with pricing varying based on home size and cleaning requirements. Deep cleaning starts at $0.33 per square foot.
- Deep House Cleaning Service for One Bedroom (Home/Apartment) may be applied to a larger (2+ bedroom) home cleaning. Additional cost will be based on per square foot cost.
- Must be 18 years or older to redeem this offer.
- Any disputes between the Customer and a Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC will be resolved between the Customer and Glistenco Cleaning Services, LLC directly.
