A detailed quote will be provided before the service begins. Payment is due in full upon completion of the cleaning session, and we accept cash, credit cards, or electronic payments.
3. **Cancellations and Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. **Access to Premises**: It is the customer's responsibility to provide access to the premises during the scheduled cleaning appointment. In the event of restricted access or inability to enter the property, a waiting fee may be charged.
5. **Liability**: While we take great care in providing our cleaning services, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of items that are not properly secured or reported as valuable beforehand. Please ensure all fragile or valuable items are stored safely.
6. **Safety and Hazards**:Our cleaning professionals prioritize safety during the cleaning process. However, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any potential hazards or risks on the premises, including but not limited to toxic substances, biohazards, or pest infestations.
7. **Unsatisfactory Service**: If you are not entirely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please inform us within 24 hours after the service completion. We will make every effort to rectify the issue promptly.
8. **Privacy**: We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing the cleaning service and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. **Preparation of Premises**: Prior to our arrival, please remove any clutter or obstacles that may hinder the cleaning process. Our cleaning professionals are not responsible for moving heavy furniture or items.
