- Minimum unit purchase may apply (if applicable, specify e.g., 20-unit minimum).
- Pricing applies per unit; total cost varies based on treatment plan.
- Treatment areas determined during medical consultation.
- Not valid for previous Botox treatments or prepaid packages.
- Treatment must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
- Additional units, add-on areas, or complementary treatments are priced separately.
- Bruising, swelling, asymmetry, ptosis, and other known risks will be reviewed prior to treatment.
- A follow-up appointment may be recommended within 2 weeks for assessment.
Tirzepatide Promotion – Additional Terms
- Valid for medically supervised weight management program only.
- Includes medical consultation; medication prescribed only if clinically appropriate.
- Tirzepatide is a prescription medication and requires ongoing provider monitoring.
- Pricing does not guarantee specific weight loss results.
- Lab work may be required prior to initiation and is not included unless stated.
- Medication supply duration (e.g., 4 weeks) must be clearly defined in offer.
