- We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to settle in and complete any necessary paperwork.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in a portion of the payment being retained as a deposit. The remaining balance may be applied toward a future appointment at the standard rate.
- Please note that gratuity is not included in the cost of service, though tips are greatly appreciated.
