Established in 2016, Elevate Yoga & Wellness is Phoenix's first and original aerial yoga studio. But, we are not just a studio. We are a commUNITY, a family and a safe space for everyBODY and anyONE. From before you walk in the front door for your first class we invite you to be a part of the building blocks of what makes this commUNITY what it is—a unique space where you can be YOU.

At Elevate, we primarily offer aerial yoga—a unique form of your traditional yoga practice—where you will flow both on and off the ground. With the support of a soft, hammock style fabric we help our students elevate their asanas with a variety of class styles and levels ranging from beginner level to advanced level. And for those moments you need to slow down, to just be, we offer unique harmonic sound classes where we incorporate the use of the aerial hammock to help us calm our nervous system.

Our team is committed to serving students of all ability levels including those that are seasoned in their practice and those just getting started. We are committed to educating students of all ability levels on the benefits of leading a balanced lifestyle and how aerial yoga, movement, and meditation can complement their current practices or even by helping them start a practice!

Our strong commitment to our commUNITY starts by you becoming a part of our family and turns into us helping you explore, refine, and advance your traditional asana in a fun and artful form! We use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body, and psyche, to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.

The foundation of our studio combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey and is built on connection with not only oneself, but with the other students, our team members and the owners. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing journey. And most of all, we want all of our students to feel safe, comfortable and welcome in our studio, and also have fun—there's even a chance you'll be rooted on as you learn new things by the others in class!
