- Offer Details: This promotion provides a package of 5 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) sessions and 5 FREE Red Light Therapy (RLT) sessions. The original price of $875 is reduced to $549.
- Booking Requirements: To schedule an appointment, patients must call our office at 602-864-0304. Appointments cannot be booked online for this promotional offer.
- New Patient Form: All patients participating in this promotion are required to complete and sign the New Patient Form prior to their first appointment. The form will be provided by our office and must be submitted before the initial session.
- Limited Availability: This offer is subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your appointment.
- Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: This promotion is non-transferable and non-refundable. The 5 sessions must be used by the same individual and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
- Expiration: All sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
- No Additional Discounts: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or packages.
- Exclusive Offer: Patients who purchase this Post-Surgery Recovery Special are ineligible for the 3 HBOT + 3 RLT introductory offer. Only one promotional offer may be used per person.
