Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Cancellations
Sessions must be booked at least 14 days in advance to allow proper scheduling and preparation.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.
2. Payments and Refunds
Packages: All training packages must be paid in full before the first session.
One-Off Sessions: Payment is due on the day of the session.
Refunds: If a client decides not to continue a package, a 75% refund will be provided for unused sessions.
Transfers: Packages may be transferred to a different pet or owner at no additional cost.
3. Scheduling and Rescheduling
For scheduling appointment call us at 5209063561 or email at dogtrainingbyaviry@gmail.com.
Missed sessions may be rescheduled at the client’s convenience, with a limit to the number of reschedules.
If clients need to pause their package due to vacation or an emergency, they may do so with at least 48 hours' notice.
4. Package Terms and Expiration
Packages must be used within six months of the start date. This helps keep your dog’s training consistent and effective!
5. Liability and Safety
All dogs must be healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations to participate in any training session.
Clients are responsible for the safe handling of their dog during sessions, especially when dealing with behavior-specific training.
6. Training Results
While we aim to provide effective training, results can vary based on the dog's temperament, environment, and owner follow-through. Remember: your dog's progress is a team effort, so let’s keep it positive and fun along the way!
