At Cherandi our focus is on Traditional Japanese Shiatsu—a therapeutic form of bodywork that uses gentle, sustained pressure along the body’s energy pathways (called meridians) to restore balance, reduce tension, and promote overall wellness.
Unlike massage, Shiatsu is based on Eastern medicine principles, where the goal is to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It can be fully clothed, non-invasive, and deeply relaxing. Each session is tailored to meet the patient's needs —whether you're dealing with stress, fatigue, pain, or emotional imbalance. Shiatsu is not only physical—it also brings mental clarity and emotional grounding.
