- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments will result in a portion of the payment being retained as a deposit.
- Any remaining balance from a late cancellation may be applied toward a future appointment at the standard rate.
- Gratuity is not included in the service cost, though tips are greatly appreciated.
- Promotional values expire 180 days after purchase, while the base amount paid never expires.
