- A payment or voucher is required when booking services and will be applied to your initial visit.
- Clients must be 18+ with ID required on the first visit.
- Payments are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, including vouchers.
- May be repurchased every 90 days.
- Late arrivals over 15 minutes will result in shortened treatment or a late cancellation fee.
- Please silence your phone and speak softly upon arrival. If you need to take a call, please do so outside the spa.
- For a peaceful experience, please avoid bringing children or additional guests to your appointment.
- Childcare should be arranged in advance.
- All treatments are performed to the highest standard. However, Benefit Aesthetics does not offer refunds for any treatments or services, as outcomes may vary.
