Ayurveda Yoga Meditation
This session is designed for those feeling mentally scattered, emotionally drained, or physically low on energy. At Ayurvedamrut Wellness Center, we blend the wisdom of Ayurveda with mindful yoga and guided meditation to help you reset and feel more grounded.
It starts with a simple conversation to understand how your body and mind are doing. From there, you'll be guided through a slow, calming yoga practice not focused on intensity, but on restoring balance and releasing built-up stress.
You’ll also experience four guided meditation sessions led by Dr. Vinita Tripathi. These meditations are tailored to support focus, emotional clarity, and a deeper sense of calm. The entire session is designed to meet you where you are physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Led by Shubhangi Kapatkar, founder of Ayurvedamrut, each session reflects decades of training in Ayurveda and hands-on therapeutic experience.
