- AIR® Aerial Fitness classes are designed for adults (18+) of all experience levels (beginners welcome!)
- Vouchers are valid on Adult Classes only (if younger than 18, ask us about our AIR® Kids /Teens classes!)
- AIR® Aerial Fitness recommends starting with an AIR® IR Foundation or an AIR® Flow/AIR Candlelight Flow class
