Our 1-on-1 sessions are fully customized to meet your unique goals and fitness level. Each session is led by a Certified Personal Trainer who will guide you through every step in our fully-equipped fitness studio.
Small group sessions, led by a Certified Personal Trainer, rotate through four stations with mini-circuits. Each station is limited to a maximum of three people. Stations include Free Weights, Exercise Bands, TRX, and Water Rowers. These sessions are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications available to match your abilities.
